Guests choose where to stay by comparing review scores. XTap Connect NFC cards make it easy for them to leave a review before they forget – one tap at check-out, in the room or in the welcome pack opens your Booking.com, Tripadvisor or Google page. They’re ideal for hotels, B&Bs, guest houses, holiday lets and glamping sites.

Encourage direct bookings next time
A Web Link Card that opens your own website’s booking page reminds happy guests that they can book with you directly on their next visit. Place it in the room or hand it over at check-out alongside your review card.
Tips for more guest reviews
- Mention it at check-out – a friendly “We’d love to hear how your stay was” as you hand back the deposit or say goodbye.
- Put a card in every room – guests often write reviews on the last evening or on the journey home.
- Remind Booking.com guests about the invitation – Booking.com only accepts reviews from guests who booked through it, and emails each guest a review invitation after they leave.
- Never offer rewards – Booking.com, Tripadvisor and Google don’t allow discounts, upgrades or gifts in exchange for reviews, and you should ask all guests, not only happy ones.
- Reply to every review – a thoughtful reply shows future guests that you care.
Cards that match your property
Every card is designed from scratch with your logo, colours and wording – classic for a country house hotel, playful for a glamping site. We can add a QR code on the back for guests without NFC, and you approve a proof before we print. Cards are printed on waterproof PVC, so they survive bathrooms, beaches and busy receptions.
Delivery across the UK and Europe
UK delivery costs from £2.99 (2–3 working days), and Ireland and the rest of Europe from £5.99 (3–5 working days). See delivery prices and times.
Questions from hotel and B&B owners
Can I have different cards for each review site?
Yes. Many properties use a Booking.com card at reception and a Tripadvisor or Google card in the rooms. Each card opens its own link.
Do guests need an app?
No. The card opens a normal web link on iPhones from the iPhone XS onwards and most Android phones.
Can you supply cards for several properties?
Yes. Contact us with the number of properties and links, and we’ll design a set for each one.
