Refund & Returns Policy

1. Overview

At Xtap Connect, we specialise in fully customised NFC cards made specifically for each customer. Because every product is personalised, we follow a clear and fair refund and returns policy.

By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.


2. Customised Products

All Xtap Connect NFC cards are custom-made to your specifications, including:

  • Logo

  • Name and job title

  • Brand colours

  • Custom design layout

  • QR codes

  • Links and digital profile setup

Due to the personalised nature of our products, customised NFC cards are non-refundable and non-returnable once production has started.

Please ensure all design details and information are correct before approving your final design.


3. Design Approval Responsibility

Before production begins, customers are responsible for reviewing and approving:

  • Spelling

  • Contact details

  • URLs and links

  • QR codes

  • Layout and positioning

Once approved, Xtap Connect is not responsible for errors that were present in the approved design.


4. Damaged or Faulty Items

If your NFC card arrives:

  • Physically damaged

  • Not functioning correctly

  • Defective due to manufacturing issues

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We may request:

  • Clear photos or videos of the issue

  • Order number

  • Description of the problem

If the issue is confirmed as a manufacturing fault, we will offer:

✔ A replacement card
OR
✔ A suitable resolution at our discretion


5. NFC Compatibility

Our NFC cards are compatible with most modern smartphones that support NFC technology.

We are not responsible for incompatibility with:

  • Older phone models

  • Devices without NFC capability

  • Disabled NFC settings on the user’s phone

QR code functionality can be used as an alternative where applicable.


6. Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before:

  • Design work has started
    OR

  • Production has begun

Once your customised NFC card enters production, cancellation is not possible.


7. Digital Profile & Link Updates

Customers are responsible for providing correct links and digital information.

We are not liable for:

  • Incorrect URLs submitted by the customer

  • Third-party platform changes

  • Broken external links after setup

However, we will assist with reasonable support requests.
