Diners decide where to eat by reading reviews and scrolling Instagram. XTap Connect NFC cards help your restaurant, café or pub collect those reviews and followers while guests are still at the table. One tap with a phone opens your Google review form, Tripadvisor page, Instagram profile or menu – no app, no QR code hunting, no typing.

How to get more reviews without annoying your guests
- Time it right – present the card with the bill, when guests are relaxed and the meal is fresh in their mind.
- Make it easy, not pushy – a simple line like “We’d love your feedback” works better than a hard sell. Google asks businesses not to pressure customers into reviewing on the premises.
- Ask everyone – Google and Tripadvisor don’t allow you to pick only happy guests or to offer a free dessert or discount for a review.
- Brief your team – servers who mention the card naturally (“If you enjoyed it, there’s a review card in the folder”) get far more taps than a card left alone.
- Reply to reviews – thank people for good reviews and respond calmly to criticism. Future diners read your replies too.
Use one card for your menu and bookings
A Web Link Card on each table can open your online menu, allergen information or table booking page. Because the card opens a link, you can update the page behind it whenever your menu changes – the card keeps working.
Designed for your venue
Every card is designed from scratch to match your branding – your logo, colours and wording, front and back. We can add a QR code on the back for guests whose phones don’t have NFC. You approve a proof before we print, and we print and test your cards within 3 working days of approval.

Questions from restaurant owners
How many cards do I need?
Most restaurants use one card per table or bill folder, plus one at the till. Contact us for larger orders or several sites.
Will it work for guests with older phones?
iPhones from the iPhone XS onwards and most Android phones read NFC cards. For everyone else, we can add a QR code to the back of the card.
Can different cards open different pages?
Yes. Each card is programmed with its own link, so you can have Google review cards in the bill folders and menu cards on the tables.
