Every XTap Connect card is printed to order and posted from our studio in Staffordshire, England. We deliver across the UK and to Ireland and the rest of Europe, including France, Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, Spain, Italy and the Nordic countries.
How long it takes
- Design proof – after you order, we send you a digital proof of your card to check and approve.
- Printing and testing – we print your cards and test every NFC chip within 3 working days of your approval.
- Delivery – your cards are posted with Royal Mail. Delivery times below start from the day we dispatch.

Delivery is charged once per order, however many cards you buy. You choose your delivery option at checkout.
Ordering from Ireland or the EU
Our prices are in pounds sterling (GBP). If you pay with a euro card, your bank converts the amount at its own rate.
We don’t charge EU VAT at checkout. Because your order is posted from the UK, your local post service or customs may ask you to pay import VAT (usually 17–27%, depending on your country) and a small handling fee before they deliver it. Choose Europe Tracked if you want to follow your parcel all the way to your door.
Tracking your order
We email you when your cards are dispatched. If you chose Europe Tracked, the email includes your tracking link.
Late, lost or damaged deliveries
If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 working days of dispatch in the UK, or 15 working days in Europe, email info@xtapconnect.co.uk and we’ll look into it. If a card arrives damaged or doesn’t work, tell us within 48 hours of delivery – see our Refunds & Returns Policy.
