Xtap Connect is a customised NFC card brand operating under PrintingX and associated with a group of creative and printing brands.

We provide personalised NFC business cards and related digital services within the UK and internationally.

3. Products & Customisation

All products sold by Xtap Connect are fully customised according to customer specifications, including:

  • Logo and branding

  • Contact details

  • Colours and design layout

  • QR codes

  • Digital links and profiles

Customers are responsible for ensuring all submitted information is accurate before final approval.

Once a design is approved and production begins, changes may not be possible.

4. Orders & Payments

All orders must be paid in full before production begins.

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse or cancel any order

  • Cancel orders suspected of fraud

  • Decline inappropriate or unlawful design content

Prices are listed in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated.

5. Design Approval

Before printing and programming your NFC card, you will receive a design preview (where applicable).

It is your responsibility to carefully review:

  • Spelling

  • Contact details

  • URLs

  • QR codes

  • Layout positioning

Xtap Connect is not responsible for errors that were present in the final approved design.

6. Production & Delivery

Production timelines may vary depending on order volume and design complexity.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by:

  • Courier delays

  • Peak seasons

  • External factors beyond our control

We are not liable for courier-related delays once the order has been dispatched.

7. NFC Compatibility

Our NFC cards are designed to work with most modern smartphones that support NFC technology.

We are not responsible for:

  • Devices without NFC capability

  • Disabled NFC settings

  • Software limitations on older devices

QR codes may be provided as an alternative access method.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content, designs, branding, graphics, and digital systems remain the property of Xtap Connect and its parent company PrintingX.

Customers confirm they have the legal right to use any logos, trademarks, or content provided to us for customisation.

We are not responsible for copyright or trademark infringement resulting from customer-provided materials.

9. Limitation of Liability

Xtap Connect shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential loss

  • Loss of business or revenue

  • Misuse of the NFC card

  • Third-party platform changes affecting links or profiles

Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the purchased product.

10. Refunds & Returns

Refunds and returns are governed by our separate Refund & Returns Policy.

Customised products are generally non-refundable once production begins, except in cases of confirmed manufacturing defects.
